MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
Maintenance of any security system is paramount to the continual optimum operation of the equipment, most of which have battery back up facilities, which need to be checked on a regular basis.
All systems operate on low voltage with reducing power supplies providing the correct electrical feed to operate the systems.
Water ingress, dust and general wear and tear, which cause many breakdowns, are inspected on each service visit. The engineers follow specific check sheets for each discipline.
GOLD MAINTENANCE
Parts & Labour Inclusive
For the customer who wants all inclusive maintenance we offer a fixed price service, for one payment per annum we will attend site and carry out our normal service routine and provide the parts, labour and call out to faults within the fixed cost for the period of the contract.
SILVER MAINTENANCE
Labour Inclusive
For the customer who wants budgeted maintenance we offer a fixed price service, for one payment per annum we will attend site and carry out our normal service routine and provide the labour and call out to faults within the fixed cost for the period of the contract.
SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS
These agreement are bespoke packages suited for larger systems and pro active Estate managers, Facilty Managers or Business Managers who understand and rely on their systems.
These agreements factor the estimated life and performance of the equipment and aim on preventing unforeseen expenditure of repair costs associated with older equipment and need to dynamically keep their systems current.
