We have a help desk within the customer service department to cover the unexpected faults that may occur with your system.
The team will deal with contract and non contract customers, contract customers take preference with non contract calls dealt with as soon as engineers are available.
The service support staff also control the out of hours calls ensuring that you can speak to our company 24 hours a day.
Service engineers are on call and will come out to intruder and fire faults out of hours as required.

We provide a 24/7 emergency response for our Contract Customers. Charges will be applicable for all out of hour emergency call outs and Monday to Friday we have the team ready to respond in core working hours at no additional charge for Gold and Silver Contract customers or dramatically reduced contract customer rates for Bronze Contract Customers.
Resets are a requirement for SSAIB Certified systems and all resets provided Monday through to Friday can usually be performed remotely without charge as long as we have a just reason for the activation. These resets allows us to keep track of the performance of our systems and identify any systems where improvements can be made.
